I found that part numbe by pouring through emails.

94 has them I think all f-250 leaf sprung had that mount

it depends on what style you want the older ones like in the 70's and maybe the 80's not shure had the ones like the rangers with the thred on the top on the spring, and the 90's or so have the one where you put the bolt threw. I am going to go get some from the junkyard tomrow and say they are for a 97 F-250, I worked on one this summer and it had the ones I wanted with the bolt threw it and not the hole for the treded stud. Hope that helps some

well I know of a 84 and a 94 that have the type of shock mount they want bolt though dont know beyond that

All the 95 (at least) and newer F250's I've seen have the bolt through mount style.

If thats a Ford part number it's a good chance that it's a 84. I've been told the "Cs" are 60 year models, the "Ds" are 70s, "Es" are 80s and the "Fs"are 90s. Haven't had the opportunity to get close to any new stuff "2000s" so I don't know if there "Gs". Seems logical so probably not.
