Hey Sparkz!!!!!!
I believe that you want the 91 or 92 (should be the same) Explorer auto & A/C with the 4.0. It should be a little thicker and cool more. I have info on disk if I can find the right disk in all the ones I have!! :D
It should all be bolt in and you have to trim one of the radiator hoses to fit.
You could also get an aftermarket one from a radiator shop. I believe that someone at FR.com got a Modine not sure on the P/N but like I said I have it on disk.
I bought a Modine from a radiator shop close to me for the F150 and it's a nice 2 core radiator.
Cost me around $125 and should be the same for the other one.
I'll find the disk and see if I can get the P/N for you. Or just call a radiator shop and see who they use and how much it is.
I know parts stores want around $200 for them around here so a radiator shop is cheaper for me.
If you can't find one or price is more let me know and I can call the guy and see if he'll ship it to you. He had to order mine and it came from Cleveland by UPS so I would think he could ship it to you no problem.

I got a 4.0L radiator from a 91-94 Explorer. It dropped right in and you will just need to trim the lower hose when you put it in. I got it off e bay awhile back for $130.

Oh, I forgot about this, the case for the fan won't fit anymore, it's no biggy. Just don't be an idiot and not look when you stick your hand down there with the car on.

lol yup. I run an electric fan and have stuck fingers into it several times. However, I just put in a "widow-maker" steel blade one that would make a mess of fingers if i stuck them into it... hmmm don't want to do that...
If you're out doing a A/C 2 core rad, then you either need a bigger fan or a high-flow thermostat (or flush your system). I just put in a Super-Stat high flow thermo in mine (180*, heavy pulling/long idling one), and the problem now that I have is that it has a bit of a problem staying warm compared to my other 180* thermos...
