ARTICLE I VEHICLE CONDITION / SAFETY SECTION I VEHICLE CONDITION Vehicles must be in a state of good repair and in safe working condition. Participation in a member event is conditional to the previous statement. Trail host and attending members are responsible for making judgment on vehicle participation. Non compliance with decision of host and members will result in review of membership status. ARTICLE II EQUIPMENT: SECTION I SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT / SAFETY EQUIPMENT Vehicles used should be equipped with the following equipment: A) Properly Functioning CB Radio B) Factory Hard Top or Roll Cage C) Functioning Seat Belts D) First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher E) Front & Rear Recovery Points F) Tow Strap With Loops On Each End (No Hooks) G) Appropriate Spare Tire H) Appropriate Jack I) Gloves J) Basic Tool Setting K) Appropriate Spare Parts L) Appropriate Tires For Condition M) Food N) Water O) Clothing (Weather Appropriate) P) Proper Lighting *This list is compiled as a suggestion and is not to be considered whole ARTICLE III HOSTING TRAIL RIDES SECTION 1.
