Those attending Rough Rangers Off-Road Club events understand that travelling offroad entails some inherent risks. These risks occur as a result of travelling on rugged, mountainous and off camber terrain, various bodies of water, forces of nature, and conduct of persons not affiliated with the Rough Rangers Off-Road Club. As a result of these conditions, there is a potential for harm to you and your vehicle. The Rough Rangers Off-Road Club does not assume any liability for the members and their actions. Your insurance may not compensate for any losses due to the nature of your activities. Medical services or facilities may not be readily accessible during some or all of the time in which you are participating in an event arranged by the Rough Rangers Off-Road Club. As a participant, you are solely responsible for judging your own qualifications and safety during any of the activities in which you choose to participate. As a member of the Rough Rangers Off-Road Club, you agree to following the rules/regulations and bylaws of the Rough Rangers Off-Road Club.
